A Low Temperature Sensitivity Switched-Capacitor Current Reference
A current reference with low temperature sensitivity based on a switched-capacitor technique has been developed. The implementation is targeted for a 0.18μ CMOS process. HSPICE simulations using level 49 models valid over a wide temperature range were used to verify the design. The simulation results predict variations of less than 0.029% over a temperature range of –40 °C to 125 °C.
متن کاملA Low Voltage Switched-Capacitor Current Reference Circuit with low dependence on Process, Voltage and Temperature
A low voltage switched-capacitor circuit that generates an almost constant reference current across process, voltage and temperature (PVT) is proposed. The reference voltage is generated by a low voltage band-gap circuit. The output reference current is obtained by applying the generated reference voltage to a low voltage V – I converter. The resistor in the proposed V – I converter is further ...
متن کاملCoumarin 545: an emission reference dye with a record-low temperature coefficient for ratiometric fluorescence based temperature measurements.
The emission intensities of coumarin 545 solution exhibit a low temperature dependence, with a record-low temperature coefficient of only ∼0.025% per °C. This monomer-aggregate coupled fluorescence system can be used for ratiometric temperature measurements with high spatial and temporal resolutions; three different working modes have been demonstrated.
متن کاملA Generalized Modular Multilevel Current Source Inverter
This paper proposes a novel topology of multilevel current source inverter which is suitable to apply in low/medium voltage. The proposed topology is capable of producing desirable bidirectional output current levels. Furthermore, it can employ symmetrical DC current sources as well as asymmetrical ones which is a significant advantage. Asymmetrical mode makes it possible to generate a great nu...
متن کاملA temperature independent trimmable current source
A non-volatile floating-gate MOSFET based trimmable current cell suitable for use in a current steering DAC and implemented in CMOS technology is presented. The current source can be programmed to an accuracy corresponding to 12-bit resolution using either hot electron injection to add charge to the floating-gate or hot hole injection to remove charge. The output current from the circuit can be...
